We have some news we’re really proud to share. JJ Foodservice has been named a great place to work on the UK’s Best Workplaces in Retail, Hospitality & Leisure™ 2026 list.

The list recognises organisations that are creating positive, inclusive and engaging environments. In a fast-moving sector with teams spread across different sites, the best employers make strong communication a priority. With 13 branches across the country, that matters a lot to us.

The recognition comes from our colleagues, so here’s what they said:

✔️ 74% of suvreyed employees say it is a great place to work, compared with 54% at a typical UK-based company in our sector

✔️ 85% of surveyed employees say people here are treated fairly regardless of their gender

✔️ 84% of surveyed employees say people here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation

✔️ 83% of surveyed employees say they were made to feel welcome when they joined

✔️ 83% of surveyed employees say it is a physically safe place to work

✔️ 81% of surveyed employees say they are given the resources and equipment to do their job
